Running 2:51:00 [3] 24.56 km (6:58 / km) +938m 5:51 / km
shoes: Hoka Challenger ATR

Hockley loop backwards plus Snell side loop with Tiny and Goose.
Tiny started off quick, I got up a fairly decent trot on the open NW road section, Goose really cranked it up for the Snell loop and we had a pretty solid finish. Perfect summer conditions today.
I took a bit of a break to stretch and loosen my leg while Tiny went North to meet the returning Bash.
Much harder run than last week.

Running 40:17 [3] 5.4 km (7:28 / km) +178m 6:24 / km
shoes: Hoka Challenger ATR

Shuffled back on the Tom East trail, and met Tiny and Bash for the return on the main trail.

Lots of rehab

Cycling 1:54:39 [3] 22.83 km (11.9 kph) +424m

Excellent full tour of Albion on the Kodiak. Perfect weather, perfect trails.

I had the suspension set up for lower travel on the rear mounts, which worked really well. This is how I broke it the first time but new beefed-up mounts are working well.

shoes: Altra Lone Peak 2.5

Took a page out of BGY's book and took AD for a hilly run in the best parts of the Dingle and Glen Haffy. Absolutely spectacular mature maple forest.

Cycling 1:10:00 [2]

Nice ride in with AD, who got in some swimming too.
Night ride home barely needed the lights.

A little quicker early morning run around the 'hood. I tried to find some elusive speed for a few short bits. Not there yet, but at least back-to-back runs were possible, and leg was tight but manageable.
