"The Sandhills", Bungendore. Hard 5 / M55A: 6.2km, +205m, 13c. Similar to last Sunday (fallen trees, rocky ground at times), but better viz and more hills. Hit all the markers on the long 1.75km leg to #1 but drifted one gully too far at the end (lost 15:00). Bad route choice to #3, ended up at #6 (lost 16:00). Could not find #4 after 90 mins on course. Totally exhausted. Abandoned event. DNF.

"Wild Deer Sands", Bungendore. Hard 5 / M55A: 4.0km, +70m, 15c. (MP #6) Started out well. Drifted right at #4 (lost 2:45, but found #5). Left out #6 entirely which explains my trouble finding #7 from #5 when I thought I was already at #6. Stopped a bit short/left at #13 (0:50). Generally happy with my run.
