Went back to the XT Wings 2 as they were feeling good with sprints - blisters on both feet. Pulled the plug early and walked back barefoot. So much for the 10+k, brutal.
Gotta love Keith's class - when he says go, you go (sir). Heavy, heavy - full bodyweight at the top just to get the pedals down. Legs will be sore tomorrow.
