Ok, so that's the official wrap on Fall O season! Although we'll head to UNO's meet this Sat, was hoping to go to NEOC's on Sunday, but Tom's got a work thing Sunday that makes it just too much.

Spotted another ski-o on EMPOs schedule Dec 18th at Lapland Lake - I think that was where I first tried ski-o (and started to get to really know Alex), so hope they'll have the snow and can get to that!

Today, Tues - 1h rollerski, core
Wed - might snow! but wintry mix during the day... so plan is road intervals, pyramid 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1, drills if not *too* miserable out
Thurs - 1h20-30 distance run (hopefully trails if not too messy), core
Fri - 1h10-20 rollerski with some minute pickups
Sat - UNO meet! drills, core
Sun - distance run?

Normal core stuff. Was a little scared since a normal core session is what tweaked the hamstring, but no problems today (didn't push any exercises).

Easy distance skate rollerski. 39F out, dressed ok but slightly cool. But even a Buff probably would have made me too warm... (Long tights, v. light long underwear top, lightest ski jacket)
