Running (running) 46:00 [3] 4.75 mi (9:41 / mi)

ran to the lake, around it, then across the 2nd long board walk. really beautiful day out. sunny and blue and all that jazz. pretty warm. got honked at by loads of geese. run felt pretty good.
knees hurt toward the end and the shin splint seems to not have gone away. but all the heel walks seem to be keeping it from being painful. really only noticeable if i put pressure on it. then feels like its bruised. I think overall, running is strengthening my knee because although it feels sore/off/occasionally a bit painful it is never as painful as it used to get.
time is +/- 45 sec due to forgetting to start and stop it at lights.
dist could be btw 4.7-4.8 miles.

i was a tarnished "golden child" last night by making chem study sheets for periodic trends, electron group/dot diagram/ vsper crap stuff, solubility rules.
have 3 out of 5 sections of notes done for the first class. WOOT.
tarnished because i stayed up too late because late at night is the only time i can do school work. or early morning (ie, 10:30... hahaha)
my circadian rhythm is gonna die on sunday night.
also made myself a schedule of classes and stuff and added to said schedule what time good gym classes are. my fave Zumba teacher is teaching 3x a week!!!! i miss it. and kickboxing. doing it on my own just doesnt cut it...
my goal is to plaster my bare walls w/ lovely study guides and O' control description keys and maps so its not so boring. granted, the study guides are pretty nerdy. but, i have to survive chem.

time is approximate. forgot to stop my watch. probably more like 18 or 19 minutes.
Ralph wouldnt stop pulling on his leash so I jogged a bit and then he flipped out and kept jumping and twisting and attacking his leash. he's an oddball.
then he tried to run out into traffic so i just stopped while cars passed.

OH YEAH!!!! best time yet! and NOT in the cellar! I wonder if i can keep it there or if it will go back up to 10 min/mile. that would be sad...
I was going to run the lake again, but i've become addicted to getting my time on this loop down...
i seem to be obsessed w/ ellipsis.
and i didnt feel horrible like yesterday. probably because of the non mushy ground and less wind.

I have NO idea how my time went down. i spent the entire run feeling like i was going to a) die (from not being able to breath on account of wind) and b) die (on account of mushy grassy muddy ground too close to the road so i was convinced i would slip and fall into on-coming traffic) (the wind was not helping that fear)

COOL! I'm not in the cellar anymore! well, for today. probably tomorrow i'll be in the dirt under the cellar...

ran through misty rain. I wish i went to Hogwarts and was friends w/ Hermione so she could make my glasses waterproof. had to keep taking them off to dry them so i could see. also, one part of this run is very grassy/full of puddles. needless to say, i returned home drenched and muddy.
knee was good while running. sore from having it bent while sitting in car. v.annoying.
