Note

Week 2 behind, total was 58.08km of running and planned was 42km.
Goal for week 3 is 56km and so far, no longer training sessions planned so it just might actually be this 56km... or then not...

Some minor problems occured during the week because of slight twist of ankle on thursday. It was painful on friday but felt okay on saturday.

Inov8 Roclite285 meet their end.
I need to buy new pair of shoes.

Paddling 4:43:31 [1] 28.04 km (5.9 kph) +1m

Kayaking at Wanha Witonen. Water temperature was around 10 celsius, so it was not very tempting to swim anymore. Most of the group were kayaking with drysuit. Route has small rapids and narrow lakes. Very scenic.

With Mikko, Anne, Susa, Elisa, Salla, Tuire, Päivi and Kirsi.

@ Isojärvi National park.
Running with Mikko, Jarno, Päivi, Tuire, Anne, Kirsi and Susanne.


Sing tells that beaver damn has risen the surface of the lake so much that the new trail goes via high cliffs. That suited for us.

We have had some rain lately... ...and the trails are bit wet.

Super short run today.
Tomorrow about 2 hour run at Sipoonkorpi trails.
Friday, 1 hour at trails.
Saturday about 5 hours at Isojärvi National park, trails also.

New Garmin 910XT arrived today.
Soooooo happy!
No more shitty Sports Tracker with bad HR Belt.

Day 6

First week is now behind with total of 33,93km, goal was 28km
I was happy that I was able to start running already on Wednesday.

Second week started and goal is 42km. I guess I will be running more than that as there will be 2 hour trail run session on Thursday and longer run on Saturday at Isojärvi. Rest of the days will be basically to and from work.
More spices to the mix with swimming & kayaking.

Today I was feeling heavy and slow. Clock agreed.
