Fabulous weather in November could not be passed up. Headed to HorseShoe Valley & played around in Copeland Forest with Shannon.

Little bit worried about hunting season, so we really got the bring clothes out. Pretty sure if the colours didn't scare off the hunters our laughing and hollering did.

This is a great place to ride, good single track , great climbs, a super twisting, flowy down hill. So fun!

Changed out of our bike clothes, had a yummy tuna salad sandwich and headed out for a run.

Bushed whacked a little trying to stay on single track, but took a wrong turn. Pretty much a flat run. My knee started to hurt at the end. So I guess the rest will have to happen. :(

Nevertheless a fun run. Love these trails.

Commute on my old mtb w/ flat peddles to Port Credit to my first sport therapy apmt at Sport Performance Centre w/ Peter. Had to stop for a yummy burrito first at Burrito Boys. So yummy. And I earned it the wind was against the whole way and almost pushed me over a couple of times.

Therapy consisted of an assessment, which concluded that I have bursitis and tendonitis in my knee, plus the tendonitis in my ankle. Both right side.
What Peter found funny that if he didn't know which side he would have guessed that it was my left side, with the way I walk. Hmmm.

Anyway, he then did some serious ART. Wowzers!
Then acupuncture with mini jumper cables attached to them to create an electonic current. Fun!

Sadly, he said I should do any for the next couple days. And when I pressed him. He said I could only swim.

Little did he know I had an hour bike ride home still.

But I'll rest tomorrow I promise.

Serious push. Scott (the instructor) was making me an example by making me lift the gravity machine to new heights.

Note

Clearly the oil or orgeno, neocitrin and 12 hours sleep, did me a world of good. Oh not to mention waking up at noon and going straight to the Salomon Store to spend way too much $.

Note

Sign-up and psyched to go to the Thomass event, but than car issues and being sucked into the comfy vortex of my bed made it impossible. Could I be in hibernation mode already?
