CN orienteering training (Easy walk pace 1:30). I went along with Jackie and her son Will for some coaching. Will was pretty keen until CP2, then got bored, but I think Mom got a lot out of it as we got about half way around.

Phats set a good course, even though he was the one to phlagrantly phlout the 11AM finish time.

Looking forward to running the whole course when I'm up to it.

We bailed on our plan to bike to Inglewood due to the falling snow and my cold.

Part of workout 2 and some core work.

Note- T of D was able to get some progress on the knee I think.

Workout 1- easy on the right shoulder stuff. Includes 15 minutes on the paddle erg.

Wish I was up for a long run today- it's gorgeous out.

Kn-easy run to work and back.
I walked some downhills to spare the knee. Some open trail, but a lot of hard, shiny ice. Screw-shoes were mandatory, inadequate in places.
Knee felt it. No Thomass for me.
