Last week was ok, +56km and avg. min/km variations between 4:50 - 7:53.
Most of the kilometers were on trails. Next week will be more on flat.

As I got few notes, JH, Paula and Mikko, to create more variation on running (pace & HR) even in the middle of the basic training, it seems to be better to listen the more experienced runners.
