back of heels a bit sore from wearing barefoot shoes for 11 miles yesterday an d through Chicago today

Guild Hardy Trail with Ali and Rips
thunder on the way out, thunder, lightning and some drizzle on the way back.
the trail goes through such thick vibrant green forest, the rain barely touches you. It's like triple canopy up above with the steep slop up and down to the left and right

whole body is pretty sore from lifting over the last few days. good to hike with nothing.

No water or cals - hands free.

80* but in the shade 99% of the time.
